LI-GEO Board of Directors
John is the Senior Manager for Lockheed Martin’s Energy Efficiency and Demand Response program for PSEG Long Island. This program provides rebates and incentives for PSEG Long Island’s 1.1M commercial and residential customers. In this capacity, he is responsible for achieving 54MW+ annually of peak electric load reduction with a $75M+ annual budget. He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Manhattan College and an MBA in Banking and Finance from Dowling College. He is also the president of the New York Geothermal Energy Organization (NY-GEO).
Zachary Fink is the lead Geothermal Designer for ZBF Geothermal, LLC. At ZBF Geothermal, Zach specializes on high performance geothermal heating and cooling systems. He consults on/ designs and installs projects ranging for 1,500 square foot residential homes to 15 story rental building in New York City. Over the past six years, Zachary Fink, has installed or designed more than 250 geothermal heating and cooling systems. He is an International Ground Source Heat Pump Association (ISGHPA) certified installer. As a founding member of LI-GEO he serves as the organizations Vice President, chairs the Educational Committees and co-chars the Standards and Codes Committee.

John Rhyner is a licensed Professional Geologist and is now Director of Sustainable Energy Group at P.W. Grosser Consulting. John has worked in the environmental and geothermal consulting field for 27 years. He has a BA in Geology from Dartmouth College. A founding member of LIGEO, he chairs the Standards and Codes Committee.

Patricia Posillico represents Posillico, an industry leader in civil construction in the tri-state area, at networking events. Licensed in commercial real estate with Rock Capital Real Estate, she recently founded Blue Vision Realty LLC, a company assisting property owners improve their real estate’s energy efficiency and profitability. Patricia is involved in numerous non-profit organizations in addition to LI-GEO and USGBC.

Neil Rosen is the Director of Sustainable Development at North Shore LIJ Health System. He has 28 years’ experience in Healthcare Project Management.
He is chairman of the USGBC Water Efficiency Technical Advisory Group, a voting member of USGBC Technical Committee, on the Board of Directors, USGBC, Long Island Chapter and chairman of the USGBC, Long Island Chapter, Healthcare Committee.
